2024 Basset Bash - All In for the Hounds
We are so excited to see everyone again in 2024! We plan to gather at the large pavilion at Fowler Park in Cumming, Georgia. All proceeds will directly benefit our homeless Bassets.

Food Trucks
We're continuing this year's event with a variety of food trucks to choose from - no pot luck! So far we have the following trucks lined up!
Bring your own drinks (non-alcoholic per park regulations) or purchase from the food trucks!
Activities
Raffle
Our Bash Raffle is our largest Bash fundraiser! Do you have an item or experience to donate? No item is too small because we create all sorts of themed gift-baskets. Can't think of anything? We've got you covered with our Amazon Wish List!
Have something else in mind? Complete our donation form and a volunteer will follow-up with you!
We are hoping for 50+ QUALITY items. So far we have items ranging in value from $25 to hundreds of dollars with some surprise items! Bring cash to purchase your raffle tickets - $20 for 25 tickets or $2 per individual ticket.
Games
We will play the Chow Hound Contest, Our Hound Costume Contest, and many more games! And your hound can participate!
This year we'll have a Poker Run for our hounds' people! There will be 5 card draw stations for our two deck poker run. Entry fee will be $10.00 per Poker Hand Sheet. Prize for best poker hand!
Memorial
At our Memorial Service, we'll remember bassets who've gone to the Rainbow Bridge since our last Basset Bash in 2023.
Shopping
Bash attendees love to shop, and we plan to have a variety vendors at our event! If you'd like to bring your tent/table and be a Bash Vendor, we'd love to have you!
Event Merchandise
Short-sleeved 2024 Bash tees will be available for purchase at the Bash. There are no pre-orders or shipping. And we'll have other BHRG gear available for purchase also!
Vet Services
Our trusted BHRG Vet Partners will be at the Bash to offer nail trims, ear cleanings, and microchipping. BHRG chips all of our foster hounds and we definitely recommend you chip your hounds, too! Don't forget to bring an extra check or cash!
Volunteers Needed
With 400+ expected to attend the Bash, we need a LOT of help! Manning registration & check-in, game sign ups, selling raffle tickets, selling BHRG gear, set-up and clean up, are just a few of the jobs!
Bash Registration
So that we have an accurate count of attendees, we ask everyone (even sponsors) to register for the Bash.
$12 per person ($25 at the door). No charge for children under 10.
Deadline to register is October 26th!
