[dot]Have you heard the news? Two of BHRG's 2014 adoptees are being PAWtnered![dot]

Wayne and NoraWhat is a PAWtnership? It's a celebration of the love between two hounds as well as their love for Basset Hound Rescue of Georgia, the group that saved them. Join in the love and celebrate with us this summer. Nora Anne and Wayne will have engagement pawties and showers and you are all invited. No tickets to buy but registrations are required. The actual PAWtnership celebration and pet blessing will take place at the Basset Bash on October 24, 2015.

Wayne and Nora Anne do not want gifts for themselves. They have everything they could possibly want. They are requesting that their friends and family support the work that BHRG does for homeless basset hounds across the State of Georgia. You can view their PAWtnership registry.

How Can You Help?

The Animals' Savior
Copyright Jim Willis 1999

I looked at all the caged animals in the shelter...the cast-offs of human society.
I saw in their eyes love and hope, fear and dread, sadness and betrayal.
And I was angry.
"God," I said, "this is terrible! Why don't you do something?"
God was silent for a moment and then He spoke softly.
"I have done something," He replied.
"I created You."
